Connecting the many dimensions of the business including engineering and operations of large infrastructure and process based organisations presents a challenge to some clients. The word ‘kaihen' translates from Japanese to English as change, innovation and transformation. At Kaihen Consulting we partner with clients to assist transformation of people, process and systems. We recognise that many of the ideas or opportunities for improvement reside within the client business, however it is often difficult to realise their full value.Director, Gavin Forrest has 20 years experience working in the electricity supply industry as a senior leader helping people, teams and organisations deliver improved outcomes for shareholders and customers. Gavin has extensive knowledge and experience of the electricity supply industry and regulatory environment having personally delivered significant change to the planning, design and operations of the electricity power system across Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution. As a Charter Professional Engineer (Electrical), Gavin understands the importance of engineering and evidence based decisions to infrastructure and process based businesses. Gavin enjoys working at all levels of an organisation.
