Our goal is to teach authentic martial arts and Pilates that is true to its roots. We want all of our students to be confident in their practice, to take care of their bodies, and experience the mental benefits of movement. With over a decade of teaching experience, Kairi Dojang offers expert instruction in stand-up striking style of martial arts and classical Pilates. We emphasize the mental and emotional benefits of practice, while pushing our students to meet their own personal goals they seek to get out of training.
