"KALAKSHETRA" means "Place of Arts" in Sanskrit. It is one of the beautiful and remarkable event in Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology which successfully hosted in 2020 by the Musical Clubs (CHROMATIX along with coordinating clubs 5 ELEMENTS and MANDALA). It included art in the form of music but this time, to make it more captivating, we have multiple competitions. Students from around the world can flaunt their talent through these competitions. Kalakshetra is a platform created to encourage budding musicians and artists to come together and share their talent with the world. By participating, students will not only gain the confidence to perform but also receive exposure at an all india level. We wish all the participants the very best!This year (2021), the event will cover every aspect of art like Music (Eastern, Western, Instrumental, Rapping, Beatboxing), Dance (Eastern, Western), Photography, Digital Art. Kalakshetra will be back even bigger and better in 2021.
