Government Administration - Los Angeles, California, United States
Deep roots in the entertainment industry meet two decades of experience building and operating industry-focused schools around the world. KSE advises institutions on purpose-built content production as well as program development, business development, regulatory issues, school operation and greenfield launches. In addition to its advisory work, KSE is partner to educational institutions that wish to create transformational video content to drive improved student outcomes. With two decades of experience in education and a proven track record of success in the media and entertainment industry, Glenn Kalison was the founding President of Relativity Media's education offshoot and, subsequently, Founder of Studio School in Los Angeles -- the first and only accredited college, with its campus located on a working studio lot and created with a motion picture studio. Under his vision, the campus was imagined and built greenfield, from scratch, and gained its initial regulatory approvals to operate. Glenn's executive leadership role at Relativity coincided with more than 25 theatrical releases from directors that included Scott Cooper, Gina Prince-Bythewood, Peter Chelsom, Lasse Hallstrom, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He trailblazed cross-functional collaborations across the studio with Founder/CEO Ryan Kavanaugh, Academy-Award winning producer Robbie Brenner, Studio President, Tucker Tooley, Emmy-winning TV producer, Tom Forman, sports executive/film producer, Happy Walters, and many, many more industry-leading entertainment executives.
