By changing hearts & minds we can shift culture. We all have room to grow and there is no one way or single right way to participate or explore. This kind of deep work is a marathon, not a sprint, and requires us to move into a growth mindset as we unlearn old stories that were put in our heads without our permission. There is no one-and-done silver bullet or a single problem to solve - becoming a better leader, a more inclusive & equitable culture requires slowing down, listening up, and getting honest. It can be some of the most rewarding and joyful work you ever do, but you've gotta expand your comfort zone in order to grow and learn.
