I aid and advise organisations on change and improvement of their operational management; for example, with the merging of different departments. I focus mainly on the social services sector but also do projects for businesses in the semi-public sector, and in the trade, industry and energy sectors.The answer to the question why clients use my services is "we opt for you, personally". I know how to translate complicated questions into simple solutions and am described as a very experienced and accessible process, change and information manager. I am a strong analytical thinker because I can listen well and can pose questions to obtain relevant information. I am therefore capable of coming to or, as the case may be, of suggesting the right decisions and carrying them out. In that, I apply various methods and techniques. These are established techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Balanced Scorecard, INK-management model and the like. For my part, this is not theory; rather daily practice. Connect, Represent and ChangeI do all of this by involving all parties in question in the task, mapping out the problems (sometimes literally) and then by carrying out the chosen solutions together with all relevant players. In this way, capacity and transfer of knowledge arise spontaneously and knowledge is secured by documentation (Prince2) within the organization or, as the case may be, within the project.
