In the light of these criticisms and acknowledgments, Kamu aims to be a dynamic area which enables sustainability by designing methods and mechanisms which question art area with daily lives of individuals, neighbourhood residents or different togetherness/meeting shapes such as interaction of people with shared areas, and artistic production process which will reinforce this relation could be followed, develops experimental areas which audiences can also involve the production, and enhance the art to contact with every segment of the community as a whole of creative activities.Within the context of ‘Art Mediatorship', Kamu aims to carry out execution areas of the art from behind closed doors to outside where there is no obstacle for the public to access and to public space where artist's productive freedom approaches to the maximum. Rather than the ability of the public for meeting with art, Kamu is aimed to make regulations to enable the community to be in the centre of art production beyond being an audience to the art with this mission of bringing art to the public. Kamu aims to provide sustainable support to artists, especially young artists, in structuring an environment where they can meet financial necessities of life only with their creative activities and in establishing producing, introducing and presenting opportunities for unique and creative ideas. Kamu is an independent entity where art is shaped through individuals and institutions, and which is progressing critically against hierarchic power. Today, it has a hope for structural problems of this obstructed system which is now exposed and almost everyone is voluntary to confront and change to be selected and solved in a mutual consensus and it is based on this responsibility as a perspective. According to Kamu, the way of this passes through establishing democratic places where people can examine, try to understand and discuss what they can do.
