Kanchan Foundation conducts charitable activities and provides financial assistance in the field of education, health, medical aid, poverty relief and animal welfare and protection. The organization aims to benefit the society as a whole, without discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, sex, religion or political affiliation. The organization has its activities based largely in Gujarat. However, it does cater its services to other states of India. The Trust is registered with the Charity Commissioner, dated 6th November, 1998 in Mumbai. The trust is also registered under FCRA by the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. Income Tax relief is provided to Indian Donors under section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Mission Statement To provide welfare services, need based assistance and financial aid to the underprivileged section of society, without distinction on the basis of caste, creed, gender or religion.
