People who are motivated to stretch toward their potential and make an outsized positive impact that matters to them and to others.Based on my deeply-held values of integrity, courage and community, I draw on 30 years of HR experience in global high-tech firms in Silicon Valley to apply research-based methods that fit your current needs as a human and as a business person. I will help you to uncover the organizational ecosystem you work in and the part you play in it, to identify and understand its complexities, and determine the most powerful path forward for sustainable results.The people who gain the most from my coaching are self-motived high-performers actively moving, or ready to move, into new, broader or fundamentally different work.
