KATA Matters is a consulting organization run by Beth Carrington. Beth is President of Carrington Consulting, Inc. Since 1999 Beth has been a consultant, instructor and master coach, leading organizations in lean transformations. She has a diverse range of experience in a diverse range of organizations; small and large, repetitive and non-repetitive processes, and manufacturing, back office, service and healthcare environments.Since 2008 Beth has concentrated her learning, teaching and practice in the deployment of "Toyota Kata" as described in the book of the same name by author Mike Rother.
