Katerazi (formerly known by LightBulbIT) was established on the philosophy that small businesses both need and want the same services that larger enterprises enjoy, but they need a different price point and a different level of support. Small businesses are often made of only the essential personnel and don't have large IT departments full of technology experts and correspondingly large budgets. They tend to buy in smaller quantities and need assistance with choosing and implementing technology. Because Katerazi is a small business too, it leverages cost-effective, technology-based solutions to enable small business to have the same reliability, scalability and expertise as a larger enterprise.
