Our Founder and Director, Kathryn Rae is fueled by a passion for good food, great wine and interesting people. Kathryn has completed her Tertiary studies at Stellenbosch University, whilst acquiring her CWA Cape Wine Sommelier and her WSET Level 3 certifications, among others. Working in some of the most prestigious hospitality establishments that South Africa has to offer. Some of which include the Delaire Graff Estate, Grootbos Nature Reserve and Hartford house. Kathryn makes use of her many years of experience in the hospitality industry in order to guide other hospitality businesses towards growth within the ever-growing and evolving hospitality and wine market.
