As we became 'empty nesters' I found myself in search of a hobby. I've always had a creative side and tried many crafts, all of which I enjoyed but none really stuck. I mentioned I was interested in making jewelry and my daughter bought me a few books for Christmas. I started with some basic beading patterns and started to learn more and more. Friends started asking for specific colors and patterns and I loved the challenge of designing something that met their style. I love working with wire and find inspiration every where I look. Swirls, Curly Q's and filigrees seem to my thing. My friends and family encouraged me to open my Esty store and so here I am. I hope you enjoy the pieces I make.
