Since graduating from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor of science in marketing, Kathy McCauley- Dames has set the world on fire with her love, knowledge and experience of real estate. As she simply explains Real estate is like a big oak tree with many branches! The foundation ,of course, being residential, from there there's commercial- new construction -foreclosures- short sales- land development , etc., I've been blessed to grow with many of those branches.
