Working with food allows me to be creative at the same time find satisfaction in serving tasty tantalizing dishes to my guests.Growing up, my parents owned various restaurants, exposing me to lots of great food, service, and people. I enjoy cooking all types of food. My favorite type and a constant draw is Pan Asian Fusion cooking. The interesting, complex flavors from different Asian countries enlighten me to create.
