Kaya-Kalpa saw its inception in the year 2013 when a group of 4 management and social work students dreamt of a change; in their lives and beyond. We are a private limited company registered under the Company Act 2063 (68470/066/067). ‘Kaya-Kalpa' is metamorphosis. We are a firm primarily based in Kathmandu aiming to empower people for prosperity through research, contemplation, academia, persistent practice and networking; while our future plans remains on influencing academia outside the country's capital. We are also pleased to announce that we are the official country chapter of the International Humanistic Management Network – our initiative as a social influence in the world of Nepali management.
