Kaya Kaya Street Party is a sexy community building tool. Through; clean up, beautification efforts, building social cohesion and encouraging property owners to maintain their buildings we aim to improve livability, walkability, image and investment climate of Ser'i Otrobanda (with its landmarks Kura Hulanda and Zona Kultural). We proudly consider Kaya Kaya as an extension of the Strategic Tourist Master Plan and Management plan Historic Willemstad in regard to developing our Heritage site.
