Kaydee Properties LLP (2019), is a member of the KAYDEE Group of Companies family. Other KAYDEE business units include Kaydee Construction Co. Ltd (1977), a civil and building works contractor; and Kaydee (Quarry) Limited (1978), an aggregates/ballast and precast manufacturing business. KAYDEE today is run by the 3rd Generation of the founding father, who had started in the construction business during the 1950s.KAYDEE holds long term, generational views to its growth. The Properties business is a natural extension to the core businesses; underpinned by the shared values of Quality & Integrity that have built the firm. Over 40 years KAYDEE has completed successful projects with clients ranging from Multinationals to Local Businesses and from Kenyan to Foreign Governments.
