The focus of our activity is the investigation and monument-compliant repair of historically valuable buildings. A special concern is the sensitive and responsible handling of the building fabric. The area of responsibility includes making documentation and historical building research, expert assessment, right through to digital building registration and modeling. For the assessment, we carry out minimally invasive examinations ourselves, such as non-destructive reinforcement location, drilling resistance measurements and dendrochronological examinations. Structural planning Structural planning when repairing historically valuable buildings and renovating existing buildings is an essential element of our work. It includes every service phase, from static and constructive design advice to design, approval and implementation planning to property supervision on the construction site. In individual cases, we offer structural planning for demanding new buildings. Property planning The tasks in the area of monument preservation mean that our office takes over both the structural and property planning for suitable projects.
