KBRG, LLC. was founded in 2011 with a vision of helping organizations "Bring it Back to the Basics". As a unique boutique research and consultancy firm, we focus on long term relationships not long-term projects, with the intention of disrupting the status quo. Too often, new projects and strategic initiatives get slowed down by rhetoric and meetings. Layer upon layer of well-intentioned ideas stagnate forward movement eventually resulting in a stalling of essential change. KBRG is focused on supporting Community Banks, Regional Banks and Credit Unions around their Compliance Management System. Simply put, we utilize our cost benchmark data and proprietary process assessment of their Compliance program to identify areas to automate and implement cost saving best practices.It is KBRG's belief that the often overlooked "basics" are the crux of forward movement. When processes are simplified and the most basic of questions are asked, work gets done. When people speak in person instead of via email, things move forward.
