Starting in Hotel F&B she was trained by the most innovative minds to look at every detail and to use her endless energy and commitment. After getting her master's Degree in Organizational Development, Kelli Carucci worked her way through the ranks of hospitality management all the way to Corporate Director, Hotel F&B for the publicly traded One Group (NASDAQ: STKS). With them she built, OneHospitality, a hotel F&B division that was based on efficiency, leadership and brand strategy.
