KCCDD has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Knox County area for 60 years. Our mission is to create opportunities and provide choices to individuals to maximize their independence and optimize their potential. We offer community day services, employment training, respite care, and more. We also operate Phoenix Industries (manufacturing facility) and Gordon Behrents Senior Center, an adult day service provider.
