For over 15 years I have worked with companies that vary in size, industry, and scale of design. I constantly push envelopes on behalf of the user to bring the best of the company's products and services to the tip of their fingers. I have led design teams, trained and mentored designers, coached and led product teams in understanding design as well as cross-expertise training in Accessibility. I'm not shy to challenges. In fact, I'm eager to partner with people to solve them through design thinking challenges and a little bit of beer. ...ok maybe a lot on some days. Nothing a little karaoke can't cure.My skills vary throughout various forms of art and media, and I aim to bring the best of what I have as well as who I am to every table I join. Whether we face the internal uphill battle to integrate design teams or champion solutions in the services we offer, it's incredibly important to do them together.
