KEBABOS is a place where Oriental cuisine is reinterpreted, a place where you can taste very simple, but delicious combinations. Our freshly fried meat, vegetables and spices emanates flavors that will get you thinking of an oriental town street. The local name is associated with the star of Oriental cuisine – Kebab. Tradition has it's origin through the years. The dish was invented by medieval Persian soldiers who used their swords to grill meat over open-field fires. "Kebab", or the way the meat turns, is derived from Arabic word "cabob", meaning "to burn or char". At Kebabos you can taste delicious Oriental cuisine, prepared according to the traditional recipes. Our Chefs will prepare with great pleasure Kebab, Kebab burger, Gozleme, Pide, Lahmacun, Iskender and many other recipes.
