Keeping Kids Connected Foundation Helps Military Children Stay Connected With Their Families!KKCF was formed to help improve communication and build bonds between military children and their families in a fun, enjoyable, and constructive manner.Military children are the unsung heroes of the military: They didn't choose to serve but make the greatest of sacrifices daily Separation from their parents, grandparents, and extended families kills relationships and negatively affects them in many ways. It's extremely important to their development to stay connected with their loved ones.Our objective is to send The Adventures of Series stories to 840,000 Military Kids between the ages of 3 – 11.The Adventures Of Series is a yearlong PERSONALIZED adventure story book where children and adults become the main characters. Instead of the child getting the book all at once, one chapter is shipped to the child via US mail every 3 weeks for an ENTIRE year.Each story contains 68 8 1/2" x 11" Full Color Pages and the adult receives an electronic version to follow along. We also send a special toy to the child when the story starts. They will also receive a birthday card.April is Military Children's Month celebrating and honoring military children. On April 30th KKCF is having a huge party to thank the children in Carlsbad, CA. You can make a difference in a military child's life by donating!
