Keio Alpha Hyperloop is a volunteers group with the aim to catalize Japan's development into the World's most liveable country. To achieve this the team designs an ultra high speed transportation infrastructure using little operational energy that will in the future allow access to economic and urban benefits to rural areas. Hyperloop will encourage spatial, social, and economical structure improvement of Japan's mega-metropolitan areas to relieve overgrowth and density issues. Polycentric employment structures in new located satellite cities can increase the size of metropolitan areas from 50 km to 300 km radius.. Improvements to transportation infrastructure in such a way will significantly change the movement of people and goods. We will advance the development of distinctive communities around the central area of Tokyo and the other four major metropolitan areas of Japan to promote freedom in the form of independence and joy of life.
