Keith's Louisiana Gumbo began in the Fall of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to provide quality, delicious meals to families in the Dallas area. Founder Keith McMaster was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana where he owned his own seafood restaurant for many years back in the 90's while raising a family with his wife Judy. In March of 2020, he & Judy relocated to Dallas for their semi-retirement chapter in life to be closer to 2 of their 5 grandchildren. Keith has always loved cooking and has a servant's heart. We are confident this gumbo will be one of many various food offerings to come in the future!
