The practice specialises in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and specialises in Contract Disputes between parties including Private Individuals, Main Contractors, Developers, Sub-Contractors, Public Bodies and Corporate entities. With over 10 years experience in the surveying industry and having worked with many of the top architectural, engineering and construction firms in Ireland the practice has quickly established itself as a leader in the provision of the full range of quantity surveying solutions. The practice has access to a variety of services under one roof with a number of quantity surveyors also available on a consultancy, contract or freelance basis. All of those engaged by the practice are fully degree qualified quantity surveyors from Irish colleges with over 10 years experience. All of the works carried out by the practice are carried out directly by Senior Level Quantity Surveyors and not by those with any less experience. Our services include: quantity surveying, cost planning, cost advice, cost management, estimating, procurement, valuations, disputes arbitration, quantity surveying services, freelance, valuation and subcontractor services. The practice carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance to satisfy all of our work requirements.
