We believe in welcoming all families to our centre on an equal basis and making participation in our program a positive experience for all. We provide children with an environment to develop a sense of belonging and in doing so aim for them to become confident and involved learners. Children benefit from the close understanding between centre staff and family. We recognise the importance of families being the primary influence in the child's life and therefore strive to continually develop and maintain strong connections between home, the centre and the wider community. We respect and embrace diversity therefore we incorporate the practices, values and beliefs of our families within the curriculum. As part of the daily routine we aim to provide a curriculum that reflects cultural backgrounds and focus on an anti-bias, non- sexist curriculum, we respect family's values and ask their involvement in the program, our policies and all aspects of the service.
