I founded KPC, a Colorado-based consulting firm, to focus on helping people and ventures with entrepreneurial mindsets thrive. Through KPC I provide executive coaching, business consultation and organizational and leadership development services that help startup and growth stage companies implement the key people and business strategies essential to achieving sustainable growth and success. I also work with later stage and Fortune 500 companies to help them rekindle and maintain an entrepreneurial spirit. While doing this, I bring a unique blend of business experience, entrepreneurial insight, and leadership and organizational development knowledge that allows me to see things from many different experiential perspectives.
