Kenneth J Kruger Consulting LLC is a self owned Management Consulting company specializing in Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting and ERP System Implementation. In addition to defining product costs, valuing inventory, quantifying overhead and linking ERP system modulels I utilize my 20 years of experience in manufacturing to identify bottles necks, eliminate barriers to production and create an environment where information flows efficiently and purposefully. I am Six Sigma Green Belt certified with finance management and lean manufacturing experience in large, publically held companies such as the Cessna Aircraft Company, a division of Textron, Inc., as well as smaller, privately held regional companies such as Lancair International, Inc. of Redmond, Oregon.
