Kensington Carpet One Floor & Home began when Alan Waters moved his home based business to Kensington Road. Bill Healy joined his uncle three years later and it has been a family business since 1961. Please note that we have moved our showroom to Bridgeland which has plenty of free parking!The key to our success for nearly 50 years has been our commitment to high quality products, customer satisfaction and installation excellence along with caring for staff and customers alike. We service our customers the way we would like to be serviced.Our staff takes great pleasure in spending time with customers to explore options and choices that meet their needs, budgets and provide them a sense of adventure and affordable luxury. In 1998, Kensington Carpet One Floor & Home became a member of the Carpet One Floor & Home organization, a retail floor covering co-operative owned by its members. This organization provides extensive training for the floor covering industry and we are delighted to be known as a Carpet One Floor & Home store.
