Matt Montano is seascape photographer & the owner of Kernow Seascapes. He lives with his Fiancée & Son in Newquay on the north coast of Cornwall. The geographical location of this town within Cornwall allows it to serve as a convenient base for exploration around the County.Matt is a professionally qualified photographer with the BIPP; formally known as the British Institute of Professional Photography. He is also working towards qualifications with the Royal Photography Society, National Photographic Society & the Federation of European Photographers. The founding of Kernow Seascapes in 2016 represents a long held interest for Matt in the marine & coastal environments, both recreationally and academicaly. He has a formal education background in Marine Science and has been Surfing in Cornwall for more than 10 years. Matt is entirely self taught, having learnt from books, magazines & online tutorials.Via Kernow Seascapes, Matt sells printed Calendars, Greetings Cards, along with Canvas & Print products from his website. He also run Photography Workshops which are based around outstanding natural beauty of the Penwith Peninusla, near to Land's End.
