We're also flexible to structure a retained or hybrid search, if beneficial. Giving Back: We believe in giving at least 10% of our gross revenues to humanitarian projects / missions via The RED Fund (an NCF Donor Advised Fund). We write grants for relief work, micro-finance and support of orphans/rescued children who are being restored to wholeness.
