Our focus is on guiding managers and employees at an operational level so that they work in a goal-orientated, structured and harmonised manner towards a common goal. The companies MasterKey and KeepFocus have been supplying tools and advice in the area of goal execution since the 1990s. Since 2009 our collaboration has produced excellent results, and in 2014 the partnership was formalised into one company: KeyFocus AS. Our key staff have specialist expertise and 25 years' experience within HR, change management, business restructuring and goal and results management both at home and abroad.
