Communication is broke. Despite all new technological efficiencies or because of them, the electronic world has created a lot of noise and clutter. Email volumes are up and getting through your emails has become onerous. Like email, social media started out working well but has become equally cluttered creating tons of irrelevant information. As for regular snail mail and landline phones, we don't even need to go there. The best part of technology is texting and mobile. Amongst one's inner circle of family and friends, communication has never been better. The reason it works well is because people use the technology to stay close with those who are important and matter in their lives. It is because of our observations of these trends we created Keynected. We believe that outside one's inner circle, people are creating second circles in order to segment their communications. These second circles will be designed to directly connect people with other things that matter to them. In our case it is their favorite brands. (We basically define brands as companies, sports teams, bloggers, celebrities and more) Loyal customers want to be recognized. Brands want to engage with their most important customers. Keynected solves all these problems. The Keynected app was designed to aggregate all the social feeds of your favorite brands in one location, clean and uncluttered and not filtered by the social networks. It was designed to allow you the user, not an algorithm, to filter the information that you want to receive and view. We also created a new feed called Keynected messaging within the app. This feed acts as a messaging application and allows our users to directly message their brands. Keynected helps the brands foster their relationships with their customers and fans. They can segment users and correctly message exclusive offers to the right customers instead of the shot gun approach used in email and social. "Pinterest meets Whatsapp for Brands".
