KGA was a strategic design consultancy based in Shoreditch in London. The company was established in Feb 2002 by a group of designers and strategists in the wake of the .com crash with the intention of providing high quality experience strategy and design.Initially KGA focused on experience strategy and design but by 2003 started to shift its position as more and more clients were interested in support with pivots, reboots, and repositioning in a rapidly changing market. The company started to develop coaching capability and tools for what later came to be known as 'digital transformation'.KGA ltd was wrapped up in Feb 2007 as the founding partners chose to follow new directions. While KGA is no longer a commercial entity the professional network that was formed while it was operating still exists today through a series of collaborations.
