Back in 2004, Nestlé appointed Khalaf Stores the exclusivity to manage the Nespresso business in Jordan. The great success of the brand in the country led to the creation of Superbrands for trading & investing company, which was established in 2008 as a subsidiary of Khalaf Stores, to solely handle the Nespresso business in Jordan, with its dedicated team and resources. In 2009, Superbrands introduced a customer relations centre, with professional customer service advisors, as well as professional after-sales maintenance and technical advisors. The technical workshop was restructured and reorganized to meet Nestlé Nespresso's guidelines, standards and best practices. Superbrands invests massively in human resources and training to reach the hightest level of service by excellence and brand awareness. 2013 was a special year, as Jordan's first ever Nespresso boutique was introduced to the public, located in the heart of the capital, while simultaneously launching its eCommerce platform.Later in 2017, General Mills gave Superbrands the franchise of its luxury ice cream; Häagen-Dazs, where we relaunched the brand with a standalone café in the luxurious location: The Boulevard, Abdali. In 2020, Philip Morris Jordan appointed Superbrands as their service provider for Reduced Risk Products.
