Our Organisation was established in the year 1987 under the leadership of Mr. Bhupinder Singh Banwait. Who has an outstanding experience of 38 years in the field of engineering and fabrication. Under his able guidance the organisation has been able to satisfy the requirements of various leading companies. Khalsa Industries has been engaged in Design & manufacturing of Pressure equipments and Process eupiments to Chemical and Pharmaceuticals sector as GMP guidelines for the past 25 years.Our main products are Pressure Vessels, Mixing vessels and Heat Exchangers.Office: 100 Sq. m.Store: 200 Sq. m.Machine Shop: 200 Sq. m.Fabrication Shop: 800 Sq. m. Final Assembly Area: 350 Sq. m In house design, manufacturing and inspection facilities. Overhead cranes covering all the manufacturing site for handling. Equipment design as per asme sec viii div-1, tema, asme – bpe. qualified welders as per en, ad- merckblatt, asme & stoomwezen.Maximum equipment size manufactured upto 25000L. Final inspection with in house facility. Vessel/shell hydro-test. Pneumatic test. Dummy passing. visual and dimensional check.Riboflavin check for spray-ball capabilities as per design. Surface finish check. Radiography (X-RAY) of weld joints as per codes. Mixing trails with panel control. Full documentation dossiers with dq/iq/oq/fat, and instructions manuals. Weld maps for piping in auto-cad. Full operational check of equipment.
