Our mission finds its inspiration from the Cafe's namesake, Khepri. Khepri is a god of creation, the movement of the sun and, importantly, the god of rebirth. We believe that through natural sources, including CBD, one can experience a rebirth of the mind, body, and soul. Our mission is to build and stronger community and make good food for our neighbors and highlight all the great things that are being done in Chicago. Whether it is pairing with a great Chicago coffee company or selling local bakery items, we believe Chicago people and products are better than anything else on the market. Because of this, all of our products will be made in house or sourced locally from a Chicago-based company when possible.We not only believe in Chicago and its people, but we believe in people, in general. We continue to take a stand against the giant corporations and pharmaceutical companies that have been feeding our communities with products detrimental to the lives and health of Americans; all in the name of profits.It is our mission to change the habits and break the unhealthy cycles that have entrapped our communities, through education, engagement, and offering positive alternatives. We will endeavor to provide exceptional coffeehouse and retail experience to customers, while building a profitable and rewarding company for employees, owners and investors. We will accomplish this mission by offering great beverage, food, boutique retail, that inspire healing compounds, host cannabis and progressive therapy educational classes, and social events in a pleasant environment with first rate customer service.
