Khmer Space Details
Khmer Space is a campaign with the main objective of organizing events that foster community empowerment and engagement within the Stockton Khmer community. It was founded when recent college graduates raised in Stockton realized that their Khmer community needed a catalyst for positive change. Through their advocacy and outreach, they hope to address fragmentation in the community, ranging from disconnects from our elderly to our youth, our Cambodian identity, and much more. They believe that by creating positive spaces for the Khmer community of Stockton, they can mobilize the community to connect with one another and to become empowered together as the Khmer community continues to evolve.
