Our current service offering includes permanent and temporary placements, with full screening and a comprehensive interview process for every candidate sent through to the client.The name "Khula" is based on the Zulu word "to grow" – and Khula Placements treat each recruitment assignment with its' own unique merits, the overall objective being to add value to their clients business by ensuring high levels of staff retention and therefore productive growth. Khula Placements was formed 12 years ago, when Tracey Swinson, the owner was shot and paralysed in an armed robbery. From her ICU bed in hospital, she was determined not to let this situation hold her back and Khula Placements was born.
