KI in Japanese stands for Tree. MA is an interval in space and time, can be described as consciousness of a sense of place.* KAMI means paper. In my private studio Ki Ma Kami Design I work on Architecture, Urban Green and Graphic Designs with great optimism, hands on attitude, aiming for greener cities and healthier environments, believing that trees can be architecture's best friends. I also do Curation and Moderation in the field of Timber Constructions. After having travelled a lot, lived in many different places and worked with people from around the world, I am currently based between London, Brussels, Vienna and Tirol.I believe that urban structures, ecosystems or social structures may be likened to human organisms and bodies. My ideal conception of an approach may be compared to acupuncture, activating neuralgic spots while considerately harmonising the system as a whole.
