An innovative approach to school transition based on orientation, mentoring and success. The KO Program has assisted more than 300 high schools and middle schools in 26 states to implement this program designed to improve graduation rates and lower dropout rates. The goal of the KO Program is to keep students in school by improving grades, behavior, attendance, and involvement in school activities. Upper class mentors help freshmen and incoming middle school students connect with the school and reach their maximum potential.
