Kindergarten Interventions and Diagnostic Services, Inc. (KIDS, Inc.) started as an Ohio company in 1987. Dr. Daniel C. Miller, Ph.D., ABPP, ABSNP, is the President and Owner of KIDS, Inc, the author of the Kindergarten Diagnostic Instrument - Second Edition (KDI-2) and he is the Director of KIDS, Inc's School Neuropsychology Post-Graduate Certification Program. Dr. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in school psychology and more than 25 years of experience in school neuropsychology. Initially, KIDS, Inc. sold early childhood tests developed by Dr. Miller, such KDI/KDI-2, and related products. In 2000, Dr. Miller began offering trainings and workshops in school neuropsychology and this became the company's focus. The School Neuropsychology Post-Graduate Certification Program was started in 2002 by Dr. Miller. It is a competency-based Continuing Education Program designed to train school psychologists, licensed educational psychologists, and psychologists to integrate neuropsychological principles into their professional practices. Since 2002, the program has trained over 650 school neuropsychologists principally in the U.S., although we have trained practitioners from all over the world.
