25 years working in the search and rescue management and incident command field. Formed Kildoon Emergency Management Consulting and Training in 2007. Staff includes EM professionals from a variety of backgrounds including; wildland fire, search and rescue, and municipal emergency management. Assisted various government departments migrate from their existing EM systems to the incident command system. Written numerous EM plans for government departments. Currently serving as provincial ground search and rescue specialist with province of NS EMO search and rescue committee. Currently serving on the CSA committee for the development of national ground search and rescue standards.
