Kilimanjaro Advisors, LLC is an investment management firm established in 2003 by the principals of Impala Partners, LLC.At the end of 2003, it established Kilimanjaro Fund I to invest in the securities of companies experiencing financial distress or undergoing transition arising from extraordinary circumstances such as bankruptcy, re-organization, re-capitalization or liquidation. Since 2009 the Fund has invested primarily in senior secured bank debt.
