We are here to work alone side you and your team. From helping your team working on planning the activity through to the physical works onsite and everything in between I have the experience to help ensure the team understands their role and ensure the safety of the workers and the public.I can undertake an audit on all stages of the process to ensure the minimum standards are exceeded. My experience started working on the road as a Traffic Controller through to a practicing STMS 2/3 working on the roads of Wellington, Waikato, Christchurch and Auckland. I have managed teams as a branch supervisor and manager. Following this experience I worked as a major project traffic manager, TMC and then on to be a consultant specialising in a holistic a approach to site safety for all.. I also spent time working on Corridor Access requirements and approvals. As part of working with you and your team I will use my qualification and experience as an adult educator and assessor to ensure our time together is meaningful and leaves an impression to take all practical steps to ensure everyone returns home to their loved ones.
