With guidance, clients master a progressive series of exercises until they attain their desired health and wellness goals.If the client is also working with an allied health professional,, the kinesiologist or trainer will communicate with that professional to make sure that both programs align. Our kinesiologists and trainers advocate and promote communication between all health care professionals involved in a client's care. Our goal is to make sure that full rehabilitation is achieved and health or wellness goals met in the most effective and efficient manner as well as at a pace that each client finds comfortable.
