We are a family chiropractic clinic and sports care clinic in San Diego, CA. We offer a unique blend of gentle and effective chiropractic care, as well as health coaching services. We believe in inspiring people to take an active role in their health by providing them with the tools and education they need to succeed. We aim to support our patients with achieving their highest level of health. Our chiropractic services offered include Active Release Technique (ART), Kinesiotaping by Fascial Movement techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), functional movement assessment, and corrective exercise programming. Dr. Ashley Uy has the unique background of working integrated care for corporate wellness programs. This includes a top Fortune 500 company in Cupertino, CA. She has provided chiropractic care to athletes at many sporting events including the Sea Otter Classic, North Face Endurance Challenge, the United States Track and Field Outdoor Championships, and more. She aims to pass down her knowledge to her patients, so that they have the tools needed to take their health to the next level. We are excited to be providing specialized chiropractic care to the city of San Diego, and the greater surrounding neighborhoods of La Jolla, Sorrento Valley, Sorrento Mesa, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, and Mira Mesa.
